In honor of the release of the Hunger Games on DVD which is coming in the next few weeks, I decided to create another Hunger Games inspired look! This makeup is inspired by Glimmer, the District 1 female tribute. She is all about glamour and being flirty and sexy so I drew inspiration from her description in the book and the outfits that she wore for the Opening Ceremonies and the Interviews.
